Privacy Policy

LessonMindr (“LessonMindr,” “we,” or “us”) is a mobile booking and scheduling app for independent lesson professionals. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the LessonMindr iOS app or this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect only the information needed to make the app work for you. Specifically:

• Account information. When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email address and a unique account identifier from the sign-in provider. We do not receive or store your password.
• Profile data you provide. Your business information — services you offer, teaching locations, working hours, and time zone — that you enter into the app yourself.
• Customer & booking data. The customer names, emails, phone numbers, and booking details you enter when scheduling lessons. This is your business data; it is not shared with anyone outside your account.
• Support requests. When you contact support from inside the app, we store the ticket subject, body, and metadata (app version, build number, device model, iOS version) to help us reply accurately. We do not use this information for any other purpose.
• Subscription receipts. If you subscribe through the App Store, Apple sends us a signed receipt confirming your subscription status. This receipt does not contain payment details (Apple processes payments; we never see your card information).
• Diagnostic logs. Standard server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) and crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics. These help us identify and fix bugs.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or any other device sensors.

• To provide the booking and scheduling features of the app.
• To send transactional emails to you and your customers (booking confirmations, cancellations, reschedule notifications, support replies). We use these emails only to operate the app — we do not send marketing emails.
• To respond to your support requests.
• To verify and renew your subscription with Apple.
• To debug crashes and improve reliability.

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Your account, bookings, customers, services, and locations are stored on Google Cloud servers (Firebase / Firestore) managed by LessonMindr. The data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Subscription receipts are verified against Apple's servers.

We do not maintain marketing lists.

We share information only as needed to operate the service:

• Your customers receive the booking, reschedule, or cancellation emails that you trigger from the app. The “from” address on those emails is hello@lessonmindr.com with your name in the body.
• Service providers we rely on to run the app: Google Cloud / Firebase (authentication, storage), Apple (subscription processing), and Vercel (web hosting).
• Legal compliance. If required by law (subpoena, court order), we may disclose information to comply. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you first unless prohibited.

• Access & correction. You can view and edit your data directly in the app at any time.
• Delete your account. Open the app, go to Settings → Delete Account to permanently remove your account and all associated data (bookings, customers, services, locations, tickets, and subscription records). This is irreversible.
• Cancel your subscription. Manage your subscription from iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Email us at hello@lessonmindr.com for any data request — including export, correction, or deletion of specific records.

LessonMindr is intended for independent lesson professionals and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.

We use industry-standard security: HTTPS in transit, encryption at rest, Firebase-managed authentication tokens, and Apple-signed subscription receipts. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your account, we will notify you promptly.

We may update this policy as the app evolves. If we make a material change, we will update the “Effective date” above and post a notice on this page. We recommend checking back occasionally.
